  • Take a class: You may be tempted to find a pole at home and start swinging around it. taking a class does come with its own safety. Improper techniques and dancing is said to cause unwanted injuries as you are not likely to know the basic things.   • No oils or lotions: The very first thing that you will be taught when trying to learn pole dancing is to have proper and firm grip on the pole.
